Overview
Shahig Navigator LM is an electronic fault passage indicator for medium-voltage utility overhead lines. It continuously samples the load current and automatically adapts its trip level to the network load profile.
Key Features
- Fault detection with self-adjusting trip current (load-dependent)
- LED indication with 360° visibility
- Double-flashing mode upon detection of a second fault
- Battery status indication with early warning
- Reset options by version: manual, time reset, current restoration, voltage restoration
- Installation on live overhead lines possible
Applications
- Overhead MV distribution networks
- Rapid fault section identification and crew dispatch optimization
Technical Data
- Trip current: ≥100 A / ≥100 ms (load-dependent self adjustment)
- Accuracy: ±10% at 20 °C
- Self-adjustment: >30 A load current; trip factor 4–6× load current
- Peak load memory: 72 h; adjustment delay: 60 s
- Visibility: >50 m (day), >150 m (night), 360°
- Flash rate: 30 flashes/min; total indication time >500 h
